Terms of service
LAST UPDATED 12 JANUARY 2026
These terms govern your use of Loupe. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of the organisation whose email domain you signed up with.
The service
Loupe ingests prompt telemetry from official Claude Code and Cursor hooks, scores it, and presents aggregates and coaching material. We do not guarantee that any score improves an outcome; the scores are a measurement, not advice you are obliged to follow.
Your responsibilities
- Tell the people whose prompts are collected that Loupe is running, before it is installed.
- Keep your workspace's redaction rules current for the secrets your codebase actually holds.
- Do not use Loupe to make employment decisions about a single person on prompt scores alone.
- Keep device tokens confidential; revoke a device you no longer control.
Fees
The Team plan is billed per developer per month, in advance, at the rate shown on the pricing page. A developer counts as billable in a month if any of their prompts were ingested. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated. Pilot workspaces are free and limited to ten developers and a seven-day history.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability for the ingestion endpoint. The device agent spools locally and retries, so an outage delays a prompt appearing rather than losing it.
Termination
Either side may terminate at the end of a billing period. On termination we delete prompt text within 30 days and provide an export on request before then.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
